These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taxygo mobile applications, website, fleet/company portal and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or requesting a trip, you agree to these Terms.
Taxygo is a digital transportation and booking platform that connects passengers with licensed taxi companies, authorized fleet operators and eligible drivers in Kuwait. Taxygo primarily provides technology for booking, dispatching, trip management, communication, payment processing and related operational services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the actual transportation service is performed by the applicable licensed taxi company, fleet operator or authorized driver.
The Platform allows passengers to enter pickup and destination information, select available service or vehicle categories, receive fare or service information, request a taxi, and track an assigned vehicle.
A booking may be subject to driver availability, service-area restrictions, vehicle category availability, traffic conditions, applicable pricing rules and other operational factors.
Transportation is provided by licensed and authorized transportation providers and drivers. Driver and vehicle information may be displayed through the Platform to help identify the assigned vehicle.
Taxygo facilitates the booking and management process but does not guarantee that every requested trip will be accepted or completed when circumstances outside the Platform's reasonable control prevent service.
Depending on the service, fares may be calculated using applicable pricing rules such as base fare, distance, time, waiting, vehicle category, special-service charges, cancellation charges and approved discounts.
The Platform may support cash, KNET, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay or other supported digital wallets, corporate accounts and other enabled payment methods.
Electronic payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply to payment transactions.
Bookings may be cancelled by passengers, drivers or the transportation provider subject to the applicable booking rules. A cancellation or no-show charge may apply where such a charge is disclosed or permitted under applicable pricing rules.
The Platform may use GPS and other location technologies to support pickup, navigation, dispatching, live trip tracking, safety, customer support and operational monitoring. You agree to provide the device permissions necessary for features you choose to use.
Passengers may rate drivers and services after completed trips. The Platform may also support passenger feedback, complaints, lost-item reports and incident reports.
Ratings and complaints must be submitted honestly and must not contain threats, harassment, discriminatory content, false accusations or unlawful material.
The Platform may provide safety features such as trip sharing, driver and vehicle information, GPS tracking and SOS/emergency functionality where enabled.
Emergency features are intended to assist users but are not a substitute for contacting the appropriate emergency services directly when immediate assistance is required.

Promotional codes, discounts and wallet features may be subject to additional conditions, eligibility requirements, expiry dates, limits and restrictions. Taxygo may cancel or restrict promotions where misuse, fraud or technical error is identified.
Corporate customers may use additional features such as employee accounts, spending limits, trip authorization, cost centres, consolidated billing and reporting. Corporate administrators are responsible for managing authorized users and complying with their organization's applicable policies.
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics and other content, is owned by or licensed to Taxygo or its applicable licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, network failures, GPS limitations, device problems, payment-provider outages, traffic conditions, weather, regulatory requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Platform may integrate with third-party mapping, payment, communications, hosting, notification, analytics and other services. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Taxygo is not responsible for independent third-party systems to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Taxygo provides the technology and intermediation platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the actual transportation service, vehicle operation, driver conduct and transportation-provider obligations remains with the applicable licensed transportation provider or authorized driver.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, regulatory requirements, non-payment, misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain transaction, payment, safety, regulatory and legal records may continue to be retained as required or permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information and location information are collected, used, stored and shared.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the Platform or the applicable website. Your continued use of the Platform after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Kuwait, subject to any mandatory legal rights or requirements that apply to the user or the relevant transaction. Any dispute shall be handled by the competent authorities or courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
